It would have been nice to have cameras for my first solo. But that was in 1978. Good memories
Aviator, navigator and a great communicator. This instructor has it all.
This instructor is the elite of the elite. As a CFI, CFII, MEI I could listen to him all day long.

Thanks for all this video Playlist man!
Crazy story
But it was a good Landing Tommy!
Hello? Ola?! Where are you? Are you still flying? Did you go commercial? How are you?
Thank you for taking us along on the ride. I'm doing my PPL and these videos really help with what to expect. Take care
And how far are you from the runway when you do the push, pull trim and turn
Are you add 20% flaps when you do your push pull trim turn approach to the runway
I like you to be my instructor. I could learn a lot from you. Thank you.
Thanks for recording all this with the instructor man!
Cannot skip anything, don't know at what time he gonna throw a Gem of experience --- Awesome!
What does he mean by push pull turn trim? Can someone explain each cue? I know he explained earlier in the series but I can’t find it
Hey man, I know this will sound weird, but you gave me a really good list of books in a comment a few months ago. Well, today I finally had some time and wanted to setup my reading list. I always planned to come back and review your comment when this moment came, but whad'ya know? That video is deleted and there's no way for me to view your comment again... That being said, would you mind making me the extreme favor of going through your UA-cam comment history and pasting it here? I've looked at my own history and my reply to you on that comment was on November 22, so it should be very easy for you to find if you go back to that date. I really valued your list of books and the fact that you curated them in such a nice way for me. I'm really sorry to bother you in this way.. I was an idiot for not saving them on the spot and assuming it will always be available.
Thanks for the kind words! Yes I was dismayed to see that thread got deleted (looks like that audiobook was taken down for copyright infringment). I had the list saved on my phone though as it I originally compiled it to send to a friend. Here is the list again (with two bonus books I read and valued within the interim 😄) General Success Principles The Strangest Secret by Earl Nightingale 12 Rules for Life by Jordan Peterson Outwitting the Devil by Napoleon Hill Meditations by Marcus Aurelius The Purpose-Driven Life by Rick Warren The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership by John Maxwell The Productivity Project by Chris Bailey The Power of Concentration by Theron Dumont The Happiness Advantage by Sean Achor The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg Any seminar by Jim Rohn He Can Who Thinks He Can by Orison Swett Marden 365 Days with Self-Discipline by Martin Meadows Finance Secrets of the Millionaire Mind by T. Harv Ecker The Richest Man in Babylon by George Clason Beat the Street by Peter Lynch The Little Book of Common Sense Investing by Jack Bogle The Intelligent Investor by Ben Graham The Total Money Makeover by Dave Ramsey Money: Master the Game by Tony Robbins Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki Overcoming adversity Psychocybernetics by Maxwell Maltz How to Stop Worrying and Start Living by Dale Carnegie Failing Forward by John Maxwell Communication How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie The Definitive Book of Body Language by Allen and Barbara Pease Love How to be a 3% Man by Corey Wayne No More Mr. Nice Guy by Robert Glover The way of the Superior Man by David Deida The Five Love Languages by Gary Chapman
Did you respond by any chance? There seems to be another comment, but it's hidden by UA-cam. I think UA-cam hides comments that include links

I wrote you a more detailed response originally but it was censored before you read it, so just the titles this time. Thanks for the kind words! All the best to you, and feel free to share any titles you find that you feel contain wisdom as well!
Thanks for the whole series man!
Love the content man!
I'm about to take my 1st lesson after my discovery flight, this was a phenomenal video to watch
Great instructor
Who’s the CFI. I used to be a Phantom jet mechanic in the Navy. Was in VF-51 and VF-21.
What a gift this series is, thank you both so much for making this available ❤
Definitely
I like an instructor that emphasizes that in the end, you will get a checkride, and all of his training is to narrow your focus on that. Leave out the brain clutter.
LOL - "Taxi a little faster than this."
I love this video!
Google "VATSIM"
You hit the jackpot with your instructor. Best of the best!
Lol " I know im feeding you with a fire hose with this stuff, we'll go over this a million times." It;s awesome that he doesn't expect his student to just memorize everything this lesson. Exceptional teacher!!!
Thank You! Amazing Lesson!
do I have to have my hands on the throttle the whole time?
Tommy are you still flying?
Hi sir nie video wow! When you say 80 what speed o you use im not from same location here is knots ou talking about knots or miles? Video so amazing, most part I just learned after 2 or 3 lesson. Trim, cruise stabilize is our third lesson eheh
What an instructor but... That chewing gum noise though
Does your chewing gum lose it's flavor.
I do wish the chap would stop chewing gum.
Um it helps with ear popping
I want to be trained by this cat.
Damn good landing.
He’s been flying all his life. Old Man Perfect!!!
Knows the plane like the back of His hand.
Nice!!!
Thanks for sharing that was a fun series....after dreaming of being a commercial airline pilot as a boy I'm going to work on my private nexty year in my early 40's. Thanks for the inspiration
Man WTF, my instructor ain’t sh$& compared to this guy. And how is this his 1st flight lesson. I was a monkey on my 1st lesson compared to this guy. I enjoyed watching this video but dang got me mad at the same time. And yes he seems to be an above excellent instructor
Chewing gum very good !
